We first established our presence in the emirate of Sharjah in 1991 and in time developed a large workforce supporting both regional and international projects. Over the years, the flagship Petrofac Towers, in Sharjah’s Al-Khan district, became an iconic landmark for the business.

With many of our employees and their families living in Sharjah, we are proud to be involved in the local community. We have relationships in place with local NGOs, charities, and educational establishments. We have been a donor to the American University of Sharjah (AUS) for many years and have close ties with the School of Engineering through an endowed scholarship programme.
